Halloween Finale and the First Holiday Markets Arrive

Halloween caps the weekend: the 6th Annual Trunk or Treat Halloween Car Show parks decorated cars at 1047 Langford Parkway on Saturday, October 31 from noon to 3 PM, the Broadmead Saturday Night Car Meetup at Royal Oak Drive holds its final 2026 pop-up watch that evening, and Galey Farms runs its last full weekend of corn maze and Festival of Fear nighttime scares. Sunday, November 1 brings the VIRPCA Cars & Coffee to the Uptown area at 9 AM plus Take It to the Limit, an Eagles tribute, at the McPherson Playhouse. Then the calendar tips into the holiday season: the Victoria International Wine Festival uncorks November 6–9, the 47th Annual Creative Craft Fair fills the Pearkes Centre November 6–8, Bilston Creek Farm opens its Yuletide Market series the same weekend, and the Goldstream salmon run peaks through the month.

Trunk or Treat Halloween Car Show

The 6th annual show, co-hosted by M2 Graphix and Light 'Em Up TV, fills 1047 Langford Parkway with decorated cars and family trunk-or-treating. Free and family friendly, it closes the 2026 car season.

Victoria Christmas Market at Bastion Square

Bastion Square, Downtown Victoria

Artisan vendors, warm drinks, twinkling lights, and live music fill Victoria's most historic square Thursdays through Sundays until Christmas Eve. The Bastion Square Christmas Village weekend follows November 28–29.

Festival of Trees

The Bay Centre, 1150 Douglas Street, Victoria

The Bay Centre's beloved display of elaborately decorated community Christmas trees returns, with the trees raffled off in support of local charities. A free downtown tradition for the whole holiday season.

Magic of Christmas at The Butchart Gardens

The Butchart Gardens, 800 Benvenuto Avenue, Brentwood Bay

The gardens' holiday lights display returns with the Twelve Days of Christmas scenes twinkling across the sunken garden and along the paths, 3:00 to 9:00 PM daily from December 1 through January 6, 2027.
